Trust in Our Nature

Confusion is better out than in, I change my mind.
You are better in than out, I find. Our nature
will have us to care. I dare myself not to get used to
the cold. If fear should get the best of me, I open
up this chest of me, toward the skies — breathing
out what cries, and in with hope it is not disguised. I learn
I am patient when some things never change. Spinning into another,
pending one day, lover, we collide. Better to
trust in our nature, I find.
